So this is on my front thigh area and its been there for months now. Ive scraped at it and it wont go away. i have a feeling its a wart but maybe someone may have a better idea..
If it is hard and has grown, it does look similar to my black Melanoma that I had on my arm., I can only advise you to see GP for a referral. If it is soft and squashy it will be a wart.
My melanoma was hard and shiny with a red ring round the outside which the next day had turned a darker shade until it also turned black with a red ring round it.
You can’t lose anything by getting your GP to have a look at it.

looks like a common wart that I had but mine was lighter color , the Dermatologist burned it with a soldering iron in 1977.
don’t forget to squeeze the blackhead pimple on the right side
