Please make an appointment. I can assure you that no doctor would judge. They would love to help you feel better and diagnose what it is…
I completely understand not wanting to see a doctor out of fear. I delayed an appointment for something similar for years out of embarrassment, too. And for all of those years, I was absolutely insecure and depressed about the matter.
When I finally made that appointment and had it checked out, it was instant relief. I was told what I had was normal, harmless, and cosmetically minimal. I wish I could tell my past self to have done it then instead of stressing for years over something that wasn’t a problem.
Again, I’d like to strongly encourage you to make that appointment. You do not deserve the stress, and it is important to swiftly make the first steps to take care of it if it does end up being something to be treated.
Hope this helps, stay safe.
