I believe this may be a wart just noticed it a few weeks ago. Very small, no redness, itchiness or puss. Only bleeds when I pick at it and scabs back over very quickly. Tiny black dots in the middle of it. Thoughts?
I wish I could help , but I can tell you that if I had that I would go to a dermatologist tomorrow.

I had a piogenic granuloma before that look similar to yours , but it was always wet , and I also had a big wart that a DR burned away with soldering gun , it looked like a cilindrical elevated disc so is different than yours.

You need to see a skin Doctor Right away, there are several types of skin cancer’s, rule of thumb is if it itches, change in color, bleeds or gets bigger you need to be seen. Good Luck
