I was diagnosed in February with HPV and applied aldara cream for 2 months then tried using apple cider vinegar on and off for a while. I am sceptical whether I actually had HPV in the first place. I would like to know if this is HPV or a scar from the aldara or ACV which caused burns on the skin while using it.

It looks like you’ve been applying STD treatments on Fordyce spots, which are collections of sebaceous (oil) glands!!?!
No wonder the treatments are either not effective or causing caustic burns. If possible, seek a second opinion from another doctor or try to attend a local sexual health/STD clinic and see a specialist.
