Ive seen a post that had a very similar description and pictures as mine but he never followed up to see what it was and no one really gave an answer. That was the only thing ive seen really similiar to this. No pain, no discharge, skin color, had to stretch the skin out to even see it. Pretty sure its been around as long as i can remember but ive been worried not that im more sexually active. ive been keeping track and it hasnt changed shape or size or increased in the amount or anything. maybe irritated from me messing with it but other than that im lost. Please help!!

I’ve annotated the solitary whitish lump that you might be referring to; it’s a Tyson’s gland (Google), which is a specialised sebaceous gland.

yes i was looking at that but also the cluster of what seems to be ppp or skin tags or i dont even know. but thanks for the input means everything
