Warts... Molluscum... Other?

Hi Everyone, I have had the 2 adjacent bumps on the bottom right for a few months. The bumps on the labia major to the left are new I think? I trim, don't shave anymore, and none of the bumps are painful, itchy, bleeding etc. I had something sort of similar about 9 months ago, and a physician looked at it quickly and said it was ingrown hairs. The 2 bumps on the bottom right are for sure not ingrown hairs. Right before this picture I did a vinegar test where I held part of a cotton ball soaked in vinegar on the area for 25 min. They obviously didn't turn white. Any ideas?

It doesn’t look like HPV warts at all. I think it’s also not MC.

In case anyone was wondering, a physician diagnosed it as molluscum contagiosum.
