looks like papillae to me. It’s normal, harmless and requires no treatment.

omg girl, I hope this helps, I have been dealing with the exact same thing you have since December, i had lots of white discharge and many little bumps in my labia, exactly like yours.. with the pass of the time the bumps where more and more and more, I went to the gyno , she took a look and gave me treatment for yeast infection which didn’t work I kept trying and buying bunch of ovules,creams., fluconazole pills, NOTHING worked. Until one day i decided to go to a new gyno, She recommended me a Endocervical culture with an antibiogram, and after 3 months of dealing with this stupid "Yeast infection " guess what it was , the bacteria E.coli, somehow it got there now I am taking antibiotics and feel much better. Test yourself and go to the gyno hopefully this works… btw you can go check my profile and compare my discussions and pictures.
