Warts? Over exfoliation? Looking for some peace of mind ahead of appointment

Hello,

New poster here. Let me give a bit of back story

A weekish ago, I shaved my vagina. I used an exfoliating mitt beforehand and shaving cream. I've never really had an issue with breaking out much. I use a 5 blade razor and after this particular shave, I also used a small bikini razor(like the ones that are used for dermaplaning) (was going to the beach the next day). When I got out of the shower, I noticed bumps that I haven't seen before. They were a bit irritated from shaving. I put some lotion on (I know, that's not the best) and have just been keeping an eye on them.

The bumps are still there over a week later. They are not painful. They do seem to get irritated when I'm showering, but I also shower in 1000000 degree showers. From what I can see online, it doesn't really seem to fit any of the STD's that I see. I think maybe oil/dead skin buildup but I've also always been super paranoid about STDs. I do have a dr's appointment set for the beginning of next week, but I'm looking for something to ease my mind heading into it.

Any thoughts/ideas of what I should be concerned about?

oh, it’s also worth mentioning that I’ve had the gardasil shots. I’ve never had other STDs. I’ve also been with the same partner for over a year now (we do have unprotected sex, but to my understanding, he does not have any STDs either). I haven’t had other symptoms that I can think of.

definitely doesn’t remind me of warts . the circular pattern almost reminds me of ringworm. Because of the circular pattern, i’d be thinking some kind of fungal infection like ringworm. but i’m not a Dr.

Update! Couldn’t wait to go to the Dr, so went somewhere else. Just bad razor burn- be gentle while shaving ladies! I was told to use Aquaphor and to avoid shaving. Still did an STD test (just in case) but the dr was very confident.
