I know I have some VP,but ive had these growths coming out of my vaginal opening dont know what they could be.. no symptoms.
That looks like a normal healthy vagina. It’s certainly not HPV, so do not worry about that. It could potentially be polyps, but you should double check with a doctor to be certain.
