I personally can’t tell where the bump is. Compared to the rest of your outer labia that’s close to your clitoris region, it looks normal to me. If you’ve never had any form of sexual contact prior to this, you won’t have HPV at all. It’s transmitted through sexual contact and blood-to-blood contact. In other words, you’d have to have contaminated needle contact, borrowed an unsanitized sex toy (people have done that, it’s disgusting to think about), or touched someone with an open wound who had HPV while having a cut of your own (very rare, likely won’t happen). I’ve read that extended makeout sessions can have it passed through saliva, but from what I understand that’s very rare too. Most official health sources list that, at least.
