there are a few ways to have them removed they are frozen off lazered off and surgically removed they can put an acid on them aswel but with urs being internal i dont think they would use it

plus if they are warts ud need to have a proper exam inside and the cervix etc as some warts can grow on there aswel

whatever u do do leave them as ull end up with loads the earlier that they are treated the better

get a hpv test done asap! internal warts will need cryotherapy, usually they clear up in 1-2 years time!
