Was referred to this group about a possible cyst/abscess

This came on suddenly, Friday I had sex, by Sunday it was what you see in the picture I'm attaching.  It is quite painful, the area is so swollen.  I have read up on this problem and that's what I believe it is, but i have to see my dr on friday to confirm.

I'm 38, have never had one before.

Sorry the quality of the image isn't the greatest, but I edited it on my laptop because i need the original image on my phone.

Does this look like a cyst/abscess?

Upon speaking to a gynecologist, he confirms that I had an abscess, it burst this past Friday prior to going to my own dr, he couldn't see it at all.

There's another abscess, but it's not very painful, and it's not swollen this time. It looks to be smaller than the original abscess.
