Has anyone found that even drinking water can upset the stomach?

Depends, if my stomach is already irritated then yes. If not then I have no pain or anything with water.

Yep it can do.

Maybe worth getting some litmus paper to test the ph of your water, depending on which area you live the ph can read to be more acidic and therefore might make reflux worse.

Have a look on Amazon, basic testing papers are around £2-3. Hope it helps.

Yes. usually in the morning but not all the time.
