Waves of Nausea

I am on this forum with something new every day!
Anyone have waves of nausea and just weird feelings (stomach head)
If so any help would be great!
I am still in peri at 56

yep…luckily I have learned that eating something helps… I have head pressure/weirdness all the time. Post at 54…

atleast every day I feel the horrid nausea …im almost 57 and live on gingerale and saltines. i dony eat well but the nausea doesnt help or the fuzzy dizzy head. we are in this together

i feel the same every day ans wonder if i will ever fell good again! this last two weeks has been awful with dizziness, low blood pressure, nausea and extreme tiredness!

last few months me too have this problem..but last month i started Eating funnel seeds after every meal i feel little relief..plzz try

yes! i feel the same. dizziness and nausea come and go all the time . plus I feel lightheaded, tired.

yep me too with the occasional nausea. i eat a little honey to relieve it, but hate the way it makes me feel!
