Wearable blood pressure monitors: Do they work?

Like many people, I had occasional borderline readings in the past. Nothing that required treatment, but enough to make me curious. I also know that blood pressure can vary quite a lot throughout the day depending on stress, activity, sleep, and even what you eat or drink.

I also have recently purchased a Hilo.

Easy to set up and comfortable to wear.

After 4 days wearing it seems to be providing useful data.

Previous home units I tried never gave any confidence, almost random.

The band takes 30plus reading a day and presents them clearly and easy to read.

Now to work on seeing what will reduce my BP
