I have issues with vertigo and I'm tired of sleeping on multiple pillows that have to constantly rearrange. Does anyone use a wedge pillow? Does it help? If yes, what is the best one? It looks like they range in price and I don't want to invest in one if it doesn't help or a cheaper one is just as good. Thanks!!!
I would also love to get a solution. These multiple pillows affect my neck.
