Week 2 and I'm so Blue

Hi

This is week 2. I've lost 5 and a half pounds, two inches from my waist and the same from my hips. But why am I feeling soooo irritable ? I did have a problem with my IBS for a day or so, and checked it out with Roche who thought it was ok for me to take my medication - the bloating/pain subsided anyway. I know I should be happy, but something's just not right. Sorry to be so ungrateful ! :cry: :?

You've had a great weight loss, the bloating/pain has subsided thats great but if you feel somethings not right go see your dr :!: but try to define 'not right' (oo posh for me!) what doesn't feel 'right' :?:

Your not ungrateful its just something you've not been through before and are a little worried :wink:

Think you're right about it all being a new experience. I also think its that I'm constantly planning/thinking about food - not something that's bothered me much before - probably a bit resentful that I can't just have a quick pick at something. Don't like myself very much at the moment I'm afraid. BUT I'm determined to go onwards and downwards (in weight that is) ! Thank G*d for this website and the support ! I'll see if I perk up a bit after the weekend - also - does anyone think its worth taking vitamins ??

Hi Galaxy,

I asked the same question about vitamins, the replies I got was that it didn't make much difference. I know they say take a multivitamin that abosorbs something or other I never did coz of the replies got. Perhaps you are someone that needs the vitamins they talk about, perhaps thats your 'something' you need :?:

Dont it get on your nerves thinking, planning, counting, is this right or wrong :!: but keep on this forum and read back to old post there's a LOT of info in them :!:

I dont feel very good about myself at the moment, I used to have black and PURPLE hair, shaved and spiked on top and felt great, but I feel 'fat', 'dowdy', not my usual self, sad I've gone 'normal' colour and trying to grow it, not a good look for me :!: :!: :shock:
