Hi jenn

It is hard when people you want to help you cannot see what you want from them,,, It is hard let them eat the junk put just think what you want from this the new dress or them really nice trousers,, its a long trip ,, its taken me yrs to even get to this point ,, you can do it think about you ,,, go for a walk when he eats rubbish ,, change for you

hey jenn

where is the supportive jenn that was basically saying to me chin up... yeah it is hard chick. my hubby eats junk all the time too, and what with 2 kids as well some days im scaling the walls. i visited my sister today who has just had a gastric bypass only yesterday, people think it is the easy way out having that op..... well i can say no it isn't.

im here for you and others that wanna chat. We all have our ups and downs. you have to weigh at end of week, i agree that over 3 weeks is too long to weigh, whereas if you were at a slimming class you would weigh weekly.

I took it upon myself to get weighed by the nurse so i for 1could keep regular track and 2, i am an impatient little so and so and couldnt wait...

think about seeing your nurse jenn. im sure your weightloss will be good. i lost 5lb in 9 days and i felt so bloated i thought i was going to put on weight.

lemme know chick you do :D

take care

Hi Jen, These early first weeks will be the worst. If you stick to eating low fat/cal, even with an occasional treat the weight will come off. I have been taking Oristat now since April last year and I have lost, in total 35 pounds/2 and a half stone. Not super fast loss overall. Once I got over feeling low during the early weeks (you just want it to happen/seems like a big way off) I was losing on average around 3 pounds a week. Now its more like 1/2 pounds.

Good luck, keep your chin up and well done!
