Hi. Just lately say 2 weeks or so, I just seem to well up over the littlelest things. I mean it could be over a sad song I hear, looking at pics of my 2 beautiful children, or just simply over nothing significant at all!? Now I don't know if it's my hormones, or anxiety or what?! I'm not usually someone who cries a lot. Anyone else experienced this?
Hi lanie. .....
This is what I love about these pages, just when you think you are the only person in world who feels certain things.
Then You read someone somewhere is feeling the same kind of things. It Truly amazes me.
Just last week I heard motorheads song 1916 and I couldn't hold back my tears.
I think things like that, and when you get teary when you look at your children's pictures just proves you have a loving heart and filled with loving emotion.
To me, that's something to be happy and proud of.
take care
john
Hello and thank you for your reply. Yes it is nice to think I'm not the only one. Actually reading your reply I teared up a little, good tears though! x
Hi lanie,
Me again! Just read this and no, your not alone. I believe it does you bloody good to have a cry. Done that enough these past months. I'm not normally a cry baby so I just think it must be the bodies way of saying to let go. As John said, you are obviously a caring/loving person who is tuned into their emotions.
