Hi all Hippie fellows!!
I am back after long hibernation ..couple of days ago, I saw my surgeon says that I'm healing well & can go to WBAT..I was truly scared. I expected a lot of pain when in reality the only sensation I really felt was weakness on op right hip..It is a good feeling to stand & balance again though still have 1.5 inch leg discrepancy. But still on restrictions for another 6 weeks no crossing legs, internal/external rotation. & 90 degree rule.
Yesterday, was my physio. She told me to stay on my walker until I have more stability..We worked on everything hip exercises, plus walking straight ahead, walking sideways on parallel bars, going up & down stairs. Now, I feel a bit sore on right quads maybe because of my muscles stress for added exercises other than that, I feel great! another milestone to step my op-leg without PAIN! wooohooo!...can't wait for my 2nd op,..
Thanks for the responses & sending you all the healing rays!!!xoxoxo
