I'm just wondering if anyone has tried weight gain powders or supplements and which ones are the best?
Are there gluten free ones and ones with no amino acids(if amino acids are bad for gastritis and stomach ulcer)
MRM all natural is a gluten free brand weight gainer.
I would suggest going to a good Health Food store near you. They should have something there.
I've just ordered something called Caloreen which is high in carbs for weight gain and is gluten and lactose free - can't say whether it is nice to drink as I haven't tried it yet. I've been using Complan up to now in chocolate flavour which is quite pleasant. Most drinks you buy in health food shops are based on proteins and meant for body building so are not very high in calories.
