Weight loss advice

Hello!

I've been obese for some time now and I want to lose some weight. The problem is that I cannot exercise because of my weight and because I'm a smoker. I read about this product Lipovon and some of the opinions were that it is very efficient. I was wondering if that's true. Any advice will be helpfull

Thanks

Hi Daisy, my friends were taking that pills(Lipovon) and seems they think it is efficient. There is only one way to find out wink

Hi Daisy, all i know about this product is that it's made of hoodia(cactus), so it's a natural product. Also it act as appetite suppressant and when you take a pill you don't feel hungry

hi ladydaisy if you want to lose weight safely id speak to your doctor because many diet pills don't actually work. the doctor can prescribe orlistat or reductil to help you lose weight and monitor you while you are on the medication. ive been on orlistat and lost 6 stone in few months by eating healthily also. smile

Hi ladydaisy

I have been through the exact situation you are telling here. I tried to do exercise and medicines and controlled diet but nothing affected my weight. Then I went for non-surgical liposuction, and I am glad I did it because it was painless and quick procedure. It was done in about one hour and in a couple of days I was back to my routine life with more energy and less weight on my body.

Have you thought of using non-medical solutions? I have worked with people of all ages and backgrounds to help them achieve their weightloss goals and - though I am sure you have heard this many times before - there is no quick fix. You have to change your whole lifestyle in order to make significant and permanent changes to your weight situation.

To change the way you think about food, weight and weightloss, have you considered using a food diary?

If you begin documenting everything you eat, then you might get a better idea of why you might not be losing weight as quickly as you want to.

If you want more information, don't hesitate to get in touch.

You can also find out more info on food diaries by Googling - there has been a recent report released promoting their use.

Hi Daisy,

I did reply before but as I included a link for you to follow, my comment went for moderation.

Have you thought of seeking alternative methods of weightloss - maybe those that focus on your emotional and mental relationship with food. There is a wealth of research out there suggesting that if we do not change the way we think about food, then we will struggle to reach, or maintain, our weightloss goals, as weightloss will often take on a cyclic pattern.

Food diaries are a great way to start off this healing process yourself. By documenting the food that you eat and how you felt when you ate it, why you ate it, etc, you can look more closely at the trigger for your weight issues.

I hope you manage to get to the weight you want to be safely and happily!

Diet pills are not the answer 99.9% of the time. There is always a better, more effective and cheaper solution out there!

The best thing to take to lose weight naturally is Vitamin B12 injection.

Hi Ive been overweight for years and decided enough is enough ,I lost 5 stone to date .All Ive done is stopped eating bread , butter and cheese although I still have low fat cheese spread on Jacket potatoes etc .For treats I have a weight watcher pudding ,I have branflakes or weetabix for breakfast , lunch could be a weight watchers soup or low fat crackers and yoghurt then whatever the family are having for dinner but with just one small potato , oh and lots of fruit and veg.Ive struggled excersing for a long time due to a serious back problem and being overweight .I decided to buy a puppy for myself and now walk miles daily with him , so I must be getting fitter .Need to lose another 2 stone and should be happy at that.By the way some of the weight watchers stuff tastes far too good to be diet food , so Ive not missed out on anything.Hope someone trys this and that it works for you too

over weight is sometime very problematic for doing any kind of work. so, at first you control on your diet habit and make eating light food plan. and to remove smoking will also develop a good health. so, try to take sugar free chewing gum. go for morning walk that will definitely reduce your fat.

Well healthy diet having fruit jucies and salad will help you loose some pounds
