Hi all,
I am now at the end of week 3 and my weight loss is as follows:
Week 1 - 1lb :cry:
Week 2 - 4lb :lol:
Week 3 - 4lb :lol:
After the end of week 1 and with only 1lb weight loss, all sorts was going through my head, the tablets weren't working, i'm stuck with the weight forever, the scales are wrong etc etc Especially after reading all of the sucess stories on here i felt so let down and demotivated.
The last 2 weeks i've lost 8lb altogether and feel fab!!! I still seem to be losing weight much slower than some but hey, i would never have lost this much on diet alone. Its been so much easier than i expected this last week so presumably its due to the fact i've programmed myself to think healthy.
Just thought i'd let you all know my progress, especially those of you that read my post at the end of week one when i felt like jacking it all in!! I have found this site invaluable for support and advice so well done to all of us
