I have been taking 45mg a night for some months. Along with this I am having steroid injections due to chronic asthma. I am not sleeping and some nights I am awake all night. Unlike most people though who put on weight I am losing weight rapidly and am now just over 6 1/2 stone. I eat a lot but no matter what I do I am still losing. Need to get weight on soon. Any suggestions?
See your doctor to make sure that there isn't something else causing the weight loss. Were you losing weight before starting the Remeron?
Hi. David Not really, weight was pretty steady. I hate being this thin, look like a blinking skeleton. I am having Kenelog injections every 4 weeks also. Due to have another one tomorrow so will mention to my Consultant at hospital. She did kind of mention it last month but have lost another 2 kg since then.
I agree you must go to your GP ASAP. You are on two drugs renowned for weight gain but you are still losing it. Smething is not right.
