hi, ladies I'll be 52 year old next month I started going through perimenopause or menopause since 2016. I started having problems with my weigh around 2016 0r 2017. I started losing the weight around them two years than around 2018 I start gaining it back now I am losing it again. Have any of you women's been through this, now under my neck is swollen have any of you ladies having this two problems. please ladies talk to me, I have and doctor imppointment on the 25 to do an ultrasound on my neck.

on my right side of my neck.
snap that where i get it, had it for 6 months, went away and now its back, have you had your thyroid checked? x
blood work came back every thing was Ok now I am gong next week so they can scan my neck.
did they tsh t3 t4 and thyroid antibodies?
ive got a nodule but its nothing to worry about apparently, easy for them to say as its not them in pain is it, i think its subacute thyroiditis

yes. everything was ok
so was mine except on the scan my thyroid was swollen x
what the doctor say about your thyroid are giving you any med for them.
nope as my bloods were normal, i have a nodule but apparently alot of people get them, is your neck/throat painful? x
nope it's just there and swollen

Hi edith99275, You mentioned that your neck is swollen, is it lymph node? I have one swollen lymph node on the left side of the neck.
my nodes are up and down all the time in my neck, mainly my right, and theyre painful x
