Weird and hard mass left to my perineum

I’m male 28 yrs old. I was diagnosed with Genital HSV-2 and for over 5weeks I have been on anti-virals. Recently I have been feeling this pain when I wipe my below just after bath. So 3days ago I decided to check it out and decovered this mass, half the size of a tiny caterput stone, hard to touch, it can move with my skin as if its attached beneath it. Its becoming a little bit painful when I sit down.

I down know if this is my prostate gland or something else. My groin lymph node aint swollen. Please I need opinions pls. Thank you!

prostate glands for men and women are on the inside of the anus, about 1/4 of a metre on the side. Its impossible to reach the prostate gland using hands. Well unless you manage to have someone put their arm inside your anus. Its not possible to get there on your own. It might be a spot from a STD or a spot from an infection. Ask your doctor to check it out.
