Hi I caught a minor eye infection (gooey smelly discharge) in my left eye two days ago. So I started taking besivance yesterday morning. Today I woke up and now my eye is mildly swollen but the infection itself has cleared up. What may be causing the swelling?
Why weren't you given an antibiotic to put in yor eye, there are enough of them
Sounds like a Stye.Bathing it in warm salt water is good
not antibiotic for eye. for fiver. it is not sideefect. is soemthing else.
Just the fact that the besivance has cleared up the infection, the swelling I'm sure will follow in time. If the swelling continues, then definitely go back to the doctor for further advice or treatment.
