im not sure why but ive developed anxiety about my breathing, i know its weird and probablys no one ever has worried about something like this, but basically theres moments throughout the day where my mind focus’s on my breathing and i get thoughts like 'what if i forget to breathe? how do we breathe as humans? how do we remember to breathe? what if i forgot to breathe and die, i know its crazy but i just cant seem to let go of it, any advice is welcome thankyou.
maybe obsessing over it is a good survival technique if your memory is bad, but if it isnt you shouldnt worry.
You’re not alone on that. When I was young I had similar thoughts. I learned in service running nips that right in the bud.
You learn how to run, you learn how to breathe. Hope that helps.
