Weird backpain

Hi! I have been having a really weird kind of backpain (flank pain) for the last 4 months. First time I had a horrible throbbing pain in my right low abdomen 4 months ago which took 20 minutes. I almost called an ambulance but then the pain went away. The next day I started having a weird burning feeling in my stomach and my back on kidney area. Since then i am having this pain every 2 weeks. My low abdomen sides hurt as well but not together. It just might me coincident. When my back starts hurting I can't actually explain where it hurts exactly. I also can't recognize if both sides hurt or just one (I know it sounds stupid of me). The pain starts when i stand or walk and then when I lay down it starts burning for like 10 minutes and then stops. And so every day. I was on contraceptives but I don't take it anymore for 2 months now hoping that it was the reason. But the pain is the same without contraceptives too...I went to doctor and my blood test and scan are great. The doctor said it might be an ulcer so I got prescribed ulcer medicine and antibiotics but so far nothing helps. Interestingly painkillers don't help either. All I have to do is to lay down and wait for 10 minutes until it's gone. I am very worried that this might be a kidney related desease (even though  the unrine and blood tests are good) or may be this tells about some problems of my spine? I am all lost and suffering...Don't know what else to do to get rid of this pain. This is the first time that i am having any back or stomach related problems. Additionally I am a pretty  anxious person but I am working on it . So can this be from anxiety? or is this gynecology thing?

Please help me to narrow this down and find a way out if you can. Any suggestions or opinions will be highly appreciated. Thank you!

I trained as a nurse and personally would go back to your GP and review the situation tthoroughly.

A copy of your blood results would be helpful for othr drs to look at .

I am sure that your dr will do the nessary referrals if tyou ask him .

He may suggest a referral to urology or nephrology whom ay then refer you to a  gynaecologist.

The urologist may order a renogram to get information about your kidneys.

Hope this  helps Jane xx

Thank you for your answer! I will definately go to the hospital again but this time i am waiting for my insurance which is in process. Otherwise it is too expensive.
