Weird ball/pea sized lumps under chin and near/on throat?

Hello, sorry if I caused any hassle writing this or if it offends anyone, this may be a little long.

I’m 17 y/o and this started a couple months back when I began to  have slight abdominal discomfort, being the idiot I am I searched and poof! pancreatic cancer came up and I sent myself in a big deep whole of searching everything to do with it. My bowels began to go crazy, ranging from floating stools to diarrhoea to small lumps to big bulky soft stools. I was extremely concerned and my anxiety was through the roof. I had many sleepless nights worrying. I went to 3 docotors (which is insane) and all said to me they weren’t too concerned and marked it down to gas issues. I had blood tests done ans my liver enzymes were slightly raised but it didn’t concern the doctor as she said it’s normal for people my age when growing.  I was told to go to have a ultrasound (which is yet to come) to rule out somebody stuff. I had calmed down and my stools went back to normal, I was eating and hydrating properly absolutely everything was good until I had a pain in my neck. I was prodding everywhere on my neck, and overreacting for anything I couldn’t find which I didn’t recognise and again my bowels went crazy. Until recently, I had noticed a few little pea sized ball things under my chin beneath the skin, not visible at all but you could definitely feel them. I had searched it (being the idiot I am) and thanks to webmd I scared myself into thinking I have multiple cancers. They are still here and are tender from touching them.  I wasn’t wondering if they were connected to my abdominal problems and if they are concerning and I need to go back to the doctors or if I should wait? This is slightly concerning and I’m having a hard time dealing with these rn. Sorry for the long post. Thanks.

Lumps under your neck are your responsibility glands and u may have abdominal discomfort because of anxiety nothing to be worried about mate.

I was meant to say the lumps under your neck are your glands

Sometimes lymph glands/nodes can swell in response to infection but have you doctor check this out.  Ask your doctor about IBS which causes abdominal pain, gas and bowel habit change particularlywhen stressed.  It can be diagnosed when everything else has been ruled out.
