Weird bump on Penis, I have no idea what this is and need help

I have this weird bump on the shaft of my penis just below the head. i think it might be an STD because it doesnt look like a vein and that entire area seems red and inflamed. I could really use some help identifying this. I wont be able to see my doctor for a couple of months so ive been freaking out

Thank you for commenting. I wasnt sure if it were papules because its on the shaft unlike the rest which are on the head of the penis. plus I think those are two new bumps because I dont remember having them before

i definitely will, but i can’t see my doctor for a while. Do you think its something other than pearly penile papules?

those bumps on the corona are penile papules
