I have this bump on the underside of my penis, and would like to see if anyone can help diagnose it. I've done some research, and the closest thing I can find is it being a skin tag, but not confident on that.

John, some would refer to this as a skin tag, it is certainly a skin abnormality, it could be connected to the way in which your circumcision was carried out and some tissue that should have been removed was left behind. Over the years it has simply developed into what you see now.
I think if you went to see a doctor something like this would be considered purely cosmetic as the only way to deal with it would be a minor surgical procedure …

It was left from the circumcision. If it does not bother you do not worry about it. A Urologist could remove it if you feel you have to.
