I am intact. There are these odd lines, sort of like dry land running up and down my penis head. I know most uncut people with their foreskin don't have these cracks and have smooth penis heads.
I would think it's similar to keratinization, however I'm uncut and my glans is covered by my foreskin almost all of the time.
