so about a month ago a couple of cracks like in the images appeared after sex and then as the month has gone by more have appeared and it has become red. Any ideas what it is? im freaking out
Hi Phil, it could be like a balanitis infection it might be caused by a fungal infection it will cause phimosis if you don’t already have it. It would be best to have it checked with your doctor they will probably start you on a antifungal cream and see if it improves.
