So I've started a new job that's pretty hard and demanding, and I'm always really tired and sore from it, but my sleep pattern has been very irregular. I'm thinking its just my anxiety flaring up again though. I'm having very weird head pressure/blurry visionish/sensitivity to lights, headache, sometimes my vision will look like I'm looking at heat with the waves. Also kind of just.. spaced out? Almost like a dream. Kind of dizzy as well. I am so tired that I can barley keep my eyes open, but can't sleep when i close them. Does anyone else get this way?
Hi yes , it was vitamin D deficiency , that can also cause anxiety plus other symptoms … Please have yours checked ..
I have had all of your symptoms and they were all due to stress and anxiety. Get some support for this such as counseling because they can teach you how to manage it. Relax your mind as much as possible.
anxiety can cause you to have dizziness, visual issues, feeling spaced out etc. Those are very common symptoms. YouTube has some great meditations for anxiety that will relax your mind and body.
eat healthy foods, get some exercise, stay hydrated and D stress.
Starting a new job is exciting and stressful to me so I understand your sleep pattern. Hopefully by the end of week you’ll be more relaxed about your new job. Just be good to yourself during this time. Eat healthy, drink plenty of water and keep up with your supplements. Perhaps, before bed do some deep breathing exercises and lite stretching.
