tonight not five or ten minutes ago i was watching videos on my phone and all of the sudden i started to feel off balanced and i began to panic since i have a fear of seizures and so i'm gonna point somethings out , i have inner ear problems sometimes and i don't have seizures and never had one, i also don't ever have motion sickness either. so i am not sure what was going on.
Hi hun. I also have inner ear issues and sinus issues. This has happened to me before. It could be the way your head was position while you were watching your phone. Its very scary but I’m sure your o.k. Hope this makes you feel a bit better
If you are taking any kind of medication have a pharmacist or doctor check them for side effects or interaction.
Hi Sam, could be related to you looking at your phone, this has happened to me, while playing games, strain on the eyes, or tightening of the neck muscles, without you realising it,its weird what can happen , but I wouldn’t think its anything serious…
