I had received oral sex on Saturday by the partner im in a relationship with for 6 months. He isnt sure if he has hpv or not and we've been having oral sex from then. But these dots have just started. They were itchy and there was a pain. But they are like increasing, they are like 6 or 7 and when i touch my penis theres a pain. What could be they?
