weird excrescence at the tip of the urethra

Hello dear community,

Around two weeks ago, I noticed an unsual pimple/warp like at the tip of my penis. It shows up if I pull it down entirely which means it’s quite on the “inside” of the urethra.

It is soft and painless, yet it is still there after two weeks and I can see it.

Today, I tried to touch it a little bit to see what it could be, I could pull it and it seems not tightly sticked to the skin, which surprised me as it made me think I could gently pull it out like a small piece of skin. Needless to say, without any pain, blood starting to come out quite quickly and yea, that freaked me out. I went directly to take a cold shower till bleeding stopped. !

Could you please tell me if you have any idea of what this could be?
I am afraid this could be more serious than a simple excrescence, I haven’t seen anything completely like it on internet and I am not able to consult a doctor currently. I’ve also not taken any risks over the last 6 months.

you have taken risk with some person are you able to ask them honestly if they have something ? do you engaged in male to male sex or only female ?
