Anyone experienced strange feeling in eye? almost like something is in there but not. Is this another weird meno symptom. My anxiety is so high every little thing sets me off.

I have over the last week or so become aware that my left eye feels like there’s something I it, but there isn’t. it’s dry and itchy. Feels like hayfever making it worse but it’s not watery like my eyes would be due to hayfever. it’s in both eyes but left is worse. I’ve tried eye drops for dry eyes and anti histamine drops nd nothing has made a difference. ideally would like to see the doc but they aren’t doing face to face appts.
I’ve found warm compress across eyes helps, and washing face around eyes with cool water seems to help, massaging my eyes carefully.
1 thing I have noticed tho is I seem to have more eyelashes growing in the corners of my eyes, don’t know if they are causing problems, don’t want to try plucking in case cause a stye or infection.
I have tried eye drops too but still getting it. It seems to come and go throughout the day. probably sounds silly but because i have dizziness and weird head stuff going
on this is freaking me out cos i worry it is connected. I googled too which is a bad
idea cos things like ms come up which only make me panic more. So fed up with all this just want to feel normal again. Hope you feel better soon.
i started the eye thing about 4 weeks ago. i also have the head stuff going on so i to googled and well it was not good. stuff head ALL THE TIME dizzy foggy eyes are weird ringing in my right ear. so stupid. i have a life to live i dont have time to feel so bad all the time. not sure how to fix it an with this covid crap i surly dont wanna sit in the doctors office.
