so my glans looks like this, it also has some bumps on the upper part of the corona and some clear parts??? is there a way to remove this or i cant do anything?
Hi see your GP for a proper diagnosis it could be a fungal infection like a yeast infection maybe. they can prescribe the proper treatment of you and you should be shorter.

Yeah, this is normal development of an adult penis.
So the bumps can be one of, or a combination of several things - most common is Pearly Penile Papules (PPP - and yes they are very common on the main part of the glans / head, not just the corona / rim), Fordyce Spots, or simply sebaceous glands.
And yes, them forming rows and then absences where indentations form (slits you are calling them) is also very common.
