Weird growths in vagina?

hi, i had a baby 4 months ago, and from time to time i check my vagina. i was touching down inside there last night and felt a few bumps (as circled in green) and then i took my phone to look in there and now im freaked out, does this look normal? i cant get into my doctor anytime before monday and just seeing weird small bumps/growths and the big bulging piece (circled in purple) is freaking me out. anyone deal with something similar?

the smaller ones look like VP. completely normal, if you look closer you can see its on both sides of your labia up and down. its symmetrical its just your anatomy.

i would say normal as well. your looks can alter a bit after giving birth.
