ive been having some weird head feelings like sort of a tiny lightheaded feeling followed by me panicking over it , i take citalopram 40mg and i did miss a does the kther day , i also suffer with extreme anxiety any ideas ?

Citalopram can cause your symptoms, anxiety makes it worse. .
