I keep getting strange tingling like pins and needles feeling in my head and pressure I'm my head and really bad pressure in my eyes😞 also when I tilt my head down or from side to side it feels like all the blood is rushing to my head and my neck is locking up, feels like I've no control of my head or neck and also horrible pressure and buzzing/ringing in my ears, anyone else relate?xx
I used to get this all the time then went on medication and help a lot most symtpoms are gone, do you take any madication for your anxiety?
No I don't at the moment I'm starting on Tuesday though😊
