So for what seems like months I’ve had this awful, odd headache and ofcourse with me being such a hypochondriac it’s making me think the worst. I don’t know if it’s a tension headache or a migraine but whatever it is, it WILL NOT GO AWAY. Litteraly. When I have these headaches I can barely stand because I get so dizzy and lightheaded. The pain really isn’t terrible, as in, I can still function with it so I don’t think it’s a migraine because I don’t get nauseous or throw up with it. I feel it may be Tension with it causing pain in my neck. It’s just a dull, achy pain and if it weren’t for the dizziness that comes with it constantly I would be able to handle it fine. Has anyone had a headache like this? I’m terrified of it being a tumor or soemthing.

Yes I can relate to the headaches they would last all day for me sometimes. I thought it was my sinuses but I noticed if j took my anxiety medicine they would kind of go away at least till the medicine was out of my system. I also had the tension in my neck and back of my head. My brother also experienced the same thing and he also thought he must of had a brain tumor but then he noticed when he took his anxiety medicine it would go away also. Tension headaches can be a pain.
Have you seen the dr about it? If it is affecting you and making you worry then it is definitely worth a trip to the dr to be looked at.
Stress and tension held on long enough gives our bodies physical symptoms. That is why it is so important to have balance in our lives. So give yourself permission to take care of yourself. Get a message or do yoga, meditate whatever makes you feel relaxed and well. Watch your caffeine. Is it a hormonal headache? Also, you may grind your teeth at night? If you are tense, the tension will come out in physical symptoms like a headache, gerd, hives, spots in their eyes, and the list goes on and on. Take a breather, You body and mind is telling you to take care of it.

My doctor keeps telling me to take Excederin and drink coffee but I drink coke constantly. Could it be that I have too much caffeine?
