Estou tomando a menor dosagem de Sertralina há mais de um mês por causa da ansiedade. Será que os remédios estão causando esses pensamentos? Isso é normal?? Tenho medo de ser internado ou algo assim. O que devo fazer? Como posso fazer eles pararem?

Sounds like they need to change your medication with try completely different one or dosage all together. I would definitely talk with your Dr.
Do not worry, you seem to have a long way to go before a compulsory section.
If your sexual, obsessive thoughts are really over the top your GP will need to follow through on a treatment plan. You are early days regards your medication and sometimes lucid dreaming is a side affect of the medication you are taking.
If you feel the need to act out these thoughts, do not, make an appointment and tell your GP
