Hi, i've rewrote this 4 times now so sorry if its long i just don't think i have a short version but ill try my best. so around a week ago i thought i was having a heart attack. i had chest pain/clenchy feeling that was coming and going on the left side of my chest and there was also a stabbing pain in my left arm. it wasn't shooting down my arm but just a pain in one spot of my arm. i didn't go to the ER because by the time i talked myself into going i freaked out about it for so long when i checked the time it had been 6 hours and i figured if it was a heart attack id already be dead. so fast forward to now, i still have this constant clenched/slightly quivering/achy feeling. its on the left side of my chest more towards my armpit/shoulder. It doesn't really hurt its just very annoying and hard to ignore. 70% of the time it feels like a muscle spasm it will literally start twitching. I do have severe health anxiety. i have been to the doctors and emergency room 24 times in the past 6 months. not for this but they have done multiple EKGs, blood work, and chest x-rays. my usual heart rate is 65-78 which also alarms me..im a 21 year old female in healthy condition (according to the dr 
.. ) has anyone else experienced this feeling or even heard of it?? I've always thought i have MS because i always get weird muscle pains for no reason in my arms and legs and i can feel them move up and down throughout the day but everytime i go to the doctors they all tell me the same thing.. people always tell me every problem i have is from anxiety so please don't let that word hold you back i really need honest opinions because this is starting to freak me out.

I also have been getting strange pressure in the left side of my chest and shoulder. Sometimes it feels like a needle poking my heart. It's very scary. I also have constant muscle twitching throughout my body. I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone! I have extreme health anxiety. I keep having random symptoms, and I keep going to the doctor and nothing is ever found. It's awful! I hope you feel better! Let me know if you find anything that helps!
