So about a few weeks ago I noticed some pain but only noticed a little bump and thought it was just a pimple. But the pain got worse sop I looked at a mirror and saw the picture below. I don’t know what it could be. Can anyone tell me what they think it is. I’m trying to make an appointment with my doctor but it’s going to be a few weeks before they can see me

Just off the top of my head, if you shave it could be an ingrowing hair, now you can be brave and use a clean sowing needle open the top and you should see what looks like black thread, its a hair you just have to tease it out, once its out pluck it out and it will soon heal sometimes over night. OK
