Yesterday i woke up and found these red pimples and they started to make it very stressful for me they dont itch or hurt nor do they leak any fluid or anything furthermore i have never had any form of unprotected sex not even oral.
I have already booked an appointment at the doctor but i cant wait that long.
Anyone got an idea?
What causes this is some form of irritation to the skin, often this can be something as simple as changing soap or shower gel, or even washing powder to wash your clothes in.
The Doctor may give you treatment for a fungal or bacterial infection, while the majority of these are caused by unprotected sex, sometimes they can develop on their own, usually, these are linked to poor hygiene, such as not showering or changing underwear regularly, or sports shorts regularly if you do workouts or are sportingly active on a regular basis.
The only safe to clean the penis with, particularly the glans/head and entire foreskin area is water, you should also be using clean dry towels that only you use - do not share towels.
The other thing to look at is if you apply anything to the penis for masturbation, stuff like skin creams, lotions, baby oil, that kind of stuff - if you have been sexually active recently, have you changed to a different condom type or brand?
The simple solution is remove the source of the irritation and the penile skin will eventually recover, as I say, the source could be fungal or bacterial, if not it has to be something that has been in contact with the skin on the head of your penis, for this you need to look at the kinds of things I have suggested.

i agree with the person aboves comment if u have not had sex the likley hood id that its something benign thats causing irritation the the skin have a look at wat lubricants u use if u maturbate water based lubricants are better for the skin as others can cause dryness soap on the penis when washing can also be a cause tight fitting underwear /washing powder / fabric conditioner its most likley related to something u are applying to the penis or that the penis is having contact with when u wash just use warm water
I thank you both for replying i was scared to death that they might be related to HIV or syphilis but i showed a dermatologist this photo and he told me its an irritation from soap and its true i have been using a new kind of bathing gel and using it on this area every day.
Still doing a bacterial infection test, i would Update this post if anything worth mentioning comes up
