Please help! I recently discovered I had bv and I took my medication and I was fine but I started feeling sensitive down there so my doctor gave me a personal lubricant to use and tonight when I went to use it I saw I had weird kinda big red lump on my butt but also close to my vagina. It almost looks like a big mosquito bite but I haven’t been outside recently. The lump is right near where my underwear line was but I have NEVER seen anything like this before. It doesn’t itch or anything! I also saw I had a tiny rash on my vulva this morning that appeared but has recently gone away and I assumed it was just razor burn because I shaved a couple days ago. This bump however is very concerning!! Could this be herpes? I can upload a pic I’m just not sure how to. Please help

Relax, herpes breaks out in many tiny bumps usually. I get these from time to time and it's most likely an infected hair follicle. Worst case it's a staph issue, If you squeeze it does anything happen, is it painful? Give it a good week scrub the area with soap thoroughly every night when you shower and if it isn't gone inside of a week then it would probably be a good time to see the doctor.
