hi, im 15 and ive recently discovered a weird lump on my shaft and i dont know what it is someone please help and im not sure if i should see a doctor
It depends what you mean by weird. If it is concerning you go and get it checked out, that would be my advise, the last thing you want is to worry for longer than you need.
Because of your age you cannot post photos on here, otherwise that would have been the best way to identify it.
Most lumps bumps and spots that are appear on the penis from age 12 onwards are simply natural development, or, are due to very common issues such as skin infections that would clear in a relatively short period of time.
The ONLY way for you to be sure is to see a medical professional
